Benjamin Durham

Ben has been practicing law for more than 20 years and is the owner of Benjamin Durham Law Firm. He has extensive courtroom experience in both the federal and state courts and has focused on representing clients in injury cases and criminal cases. During his career, Ben has defended several high-profile prosecutions. He has obtained dismissals of federal money laundering charges, drug trafficking charges, and he has won an acquittal in a first-degree murder trial.

Ben has lived and traveled in South America and is fluent in Spanish. He is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and he has been recognized among the Top 100 trial lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
